What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you utilize our site including, but not limited to, our “Contact Us” page, product purchases and registration for our free resources or any other element on our site.

Generally speaking, this includes information about your geographic location and site behavior. We use data collection technology, such as Google Analytics, to also provide us with information about what type of device or software you use, your IP address (with location information) and whether you view the site on mobile, tablet, or desktop. We collect this information for statistical purposes only and to improve the viewer experience.

As appropriate, when ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information.

How do we protect your information?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.


Do we use cookies?

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to and affiliated sites.


California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page.

Moms on Call ships via USPS, providing our customers with tracking information, because it is exciting to see when the materials that you ordered will arrive!

Expect delivery within 5-7 business days (we really shoot for 3 business days but as we said earlier, we use USPS). Once your order has shipped, delays experienced by USPS are beyond our control. Widespread delays are rare and you can always visit to review current service disruptions.

Domestic shipping cost and method is automatically calculated based on the weight and type of product.  Shipping costs range from $3.95 to $6.95 and we ship via First Class or Priority shipping.

International shipping is not currently available via because we cannot be completely confident that a shipping carrier will get your products to you in a timely manner due to significant global service disruptions.  Please reach out to [email protected] to alternate options. 

Purchases made from are shipped in-house by our fulfillment team.  Purchases of Moms on Call products via Amazon are not sold or shipped by Moms on Call.  Baby Fans Inc. is the only approved reseller of Moms on Call products on Amazon.

Although it is rare to be contacted about returning our materials (thanks for loving them!), it is customary to include this information here. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Moms On Call LLC.

Books, Sound Machines, Pacifiers & Bottles

If you ordered the wrong book or simply changed your mind, you can return unopened and unused books, sound machines, pacifiers and bottles within 14 days of receipt to the address below.  Please email us at [email protected] to let us know your return is on its way.  Upon receipt and confirmation that the product is unopened and unused, we will send you  your requested replacement or process a refund (less shipping costs).

Online Courses

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Course. We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases of Courses. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof (as detailed below) that you viewed all of the course content, followed the recommendations, and it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, within 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 ET. You must include your complete information with your request for a refund.

eBooks and iBooks

Our eBooks and iBooks are subject to the policies of their respective delivery agencies iTunes (Apple), Kindle (Amazon).  These products are not purchased through Moms on Call, LLC and we do not have access to any of that transaction information.
